8 - Pick A "Niche"

A niche is a targeted audience from a larger group. For example:

1 - Earth
2 - United States
3 - Population
4 - Fishermen of that population
5 - Salmon fishermen of that population
6 - Salmon fishermen in Washington State
7 - Salmon fishermen in Western Washington State
8 - Female salmon fishermen in Western Washington State
9 - Female salmon fishermen over 60 in Western Washington State

and so on...

Choose the targeted niche. Find what qualities are needed. if a group needs confidence then target what qualities you have or had of confidence in a situation and tell them how you overcame it, and tell them in a memorable humorous way. A group will usually have tons of qualities they need, you can get this information from the person who hired you usually.
